Hill's GRRR is an annual event with the goal of promoting health and wellness for our four-legged friends and ourselves with the added benefit of raising money for local animal charities. This is a fun and exciting event for all involved! Whether you are ready for a 5K or simply want to take your pet for a fun run around the veterinary school, this event promises a day full of activites and community togetherness. All proceeds and donations from the 2020 race will go to the LSU SVM Veterinary Teaching Hospital Good Samaritan Fund which is used to treat owner-less animals who are sick or injured.
Registration/Check-In will begin at 7:30AM on race day in front of the vet school. All are welcome to bring their dogs to participate! Last day for registration with a race t-shirt included is 2/13/2020 at 11:59PM!
Free parking is available in the two lots across Skip Bertman Drive from the Veterinary School. Please refrain from parking at the small animal clinic parking lot next to the vet school.
If you cannot attend the race, but would like to donate, you can do so through this website as well. Thank you for your contribution! We'll see you and your pet at the race! Take your race bib to Tin Roof Brewery the day of the race to receive $1 off your first drink!
We would also like to give a special thank you to our event partner, Hill's Pet Nutrition and our event sponsors:
