Why we are doing this run –

As an independent private day school Divine Mercy Academy looks to generate funds from a multitude of sources.  We thought what better way to combine fellowship, formation, and fundraising than a nice autumn run.  We are looking to celebrate the life of the Saints in heaven and the joy of living a Christ filled life here on Earth.  This Run-draiser gives individuals and families the ability to have fun together, grow closer as a community, and have a euphoric release of dopamine!  We look forward to seeing you on the racecourse for the family 1 miler (strollers welcome) or the fun 5K!  Whichever you choose, may the strength of Christ fill your day and bless you and your family!

About us –
Divine Mercy Academy is an independent private day school in the Catholic tradition for children in Kindergarten through Eight Grade.  We opened our doors during the 2019-2020 academic year and following the St. Jerome’s Educational Plan and have had over 400% growth in students.  Our Mission: Guided by the wisdom of our Patron, Pope St. John Paul II, our mission is to partner with parents in their roles as the primary educators of their children, to foster a love for truth, beauty, goodness, and learning by providing students with a foundation of wisdom and virtue, so that they may bear witness to the kingdom of God. We desire to form disciples of Jesus Christ, who are made free to realize their full potential by living joyfully in accordance with the truth revealed by God through nature and the Catholic Church.  We do this by providing a challenging and integrated Catholic liberal arts education.
