Lower Potomac River Ten-Mile Run

Race #10 in the Maryland RRCA Grand Prix Series features a fast, flat, scenic course from the Lighthouse Museum Park to the Chesapeake Bay Field Lab on St. George Island and back, and a post-race cookout at a waterside park,  Cash prizes to top 3 overall finishers, and awards to the top 3 finishers in 10-year age groups. Prizes for first male and female Halloween costumed finishers (excluding cash prize winners).  Start time 7:45 am; 7:30 a.m. for runners age 70 and over (may include 60 and over at discretion of race director);
