Morning Core for Runners Series at AARC Colonnade (901 W Eisenhower Pkwy, Ann Arbor, MI 48103) from 6:30am to 7:30am on Tuesdays. Starts on Tuesday, January 8th and ends on February 12th.
The Core for Runners Series is designed for runners to help improve core strength, posture and running form. When we think of our core, we predominately think of our abdominals. However, the core muscles include all of the muscles connected to the spine – upper/lower back, hips, glutes & abdominals. By adding core training, into your routine, you will build a frame that is stronger & balanced and less likely to become injured.
