Description

Runners face particular challenges in terms of posture and movement patterning and have very specific demands placed on their bodies. It is critical that every runner have a cross-training and conditioning program to support these needs.

In this experiential workshop we’ll look the most efficient methods for runners to build core strength, relieve hip tension, and release tight chest, neck, shoulders and feet.

We’ll look at the most productive ways to stretch, which are the best exercises to choose when time is limited, and what modifications are appropriate for runners to utilize in regular workouts and group fitness classes.
