Run for the Money 5k Run/Walk & Youth 100 Yard Dash

Come Run for the Money in beautiful Bloomfield Township on Saturday morning, April 23rd. This will be a family friendly event featuring a 5k run/walk beginning at Bloomfield Hills High School and youth 100 yard dash on the track preceeding the 5k to kick off Money Smart Week 2016 in Michigan. We will have inflatables for the kids to play on before and during the 5k! Thanks to generous sponsorship from PNC Bank adult 5k entry fee is only $15 (kids 5k $10, 100 yard dash $5) through March 23rd. Event will feature bib tag timing by Everal Race Management. Early packet pick-up available at Road Runner Sports the afternoon before the race will get you a $10 coupon off a $30 purchase!

HOW DO I REGISTER?
There are 3 ways to register!
1)  Online registration CLICK HERE to go to Online Registration
2)  Mail-In Registration via downloadable registration form until April 12.
3)  Register the day of the event. (But, only pre-registered are guaranteed a T-shirt and this event is capped at 1,500 participants.)
WHAT DO I GET FOR MY ENTRY FEE IN THE 5K WALK/RUN?
You will receive:
1)  A short sleeve, tech shirt
2 ) Bib tag timing on a custom bib with QR code for immediate results
3) A major award if you place 1st, 2nd or 3rd in your age group and gender
4) Food and Refreshments at the end
WHAT DO YOUTH RUNNING THE 100 YARD DASH (10 & UNDER) GET FOR THEIR ENTRY FEE?
They will receive:
1)  A short sleeve t-shirt

ARE THERE AGE LIMITS?
Children ages 3 to 10 may participate in the youth 100 yard dash.
WHEN IS THE LAST DAY TO REGISTER?
Mail-in registration closes on April  12.
Online registration will continue up until April 23.
You can also register in-person the morning of the event on April 23.
WHERE CAN I PARK?
Parking will be available in the parking lot of Bloomfield Hills High School
WHERE IS RACE DAY CHECK-IN?
A check-in area will be located near the track at Bloomfield Hills High School.
WILL THERE BE WATER?
Water will be available in the Start/Finish area.
WHEN IS PACKET PICK-UP?

HOW AM I TIMED?
• We use B-tags (computer chips on the back of our custom bibs).
• Numbers should be pinned on the front of your shirt, jacket or pants.
• There is a QR code on the front of each bib so you can check your results after crossing the finish mat.
