A supportive training program for half and full marathon runners to reach their distance or time goals. Marathon training is 17 weeks and the Half marathon training is 12 weeks concluding on April 14th for the Martian Marathon/ Half Marathon. Team Running Lab will be offering two different training groups to better serve the running community. The first group will be a free marathon/half marathon training group consisting a detailed training plan, two hosted group runs with marathon coaches taking place on Tuesday nights and Saturday mornings, weekly Facebook communication and a Team Running Lab tech is guaranteed for all participants that register by 1/1/2018.
The paid "Personal Best" plan will consist of all of the perks of the free plan but will also include five exclusive educational clinics, a plan written specifically for your race, monthly workouts at area gyms and an exclusive weekly email newsletter.
ALL PACES OF RUNNERS WELCOMED AND ENCOURAGED!
Kickoff and Informational meeting will be held November 27th at 7:00pm @ Running Lab.
Full marathon training begins Monday, December 18th / Half marathon training begins Monday, January 22nd
