Description
The CHASS Mexicantown 5k Run/Walk, Children's Race and Health and Fitness Fair is an event focused at trying to emphasize improving health and exercise within the Southwest Detroit community. There are many 5k events in the Detroit area but there are few that their main focus is at recruiting those from poverty stricken areas. Are main goal is for recruit our patients and children from the community.
The event will start with the children's race (400M). Then following will be the 5k Run/Walk. During and after the event there will be zumba, yoga, and many other health focused activities.
