Description
FitKids360 combines basic education about nutrition, behavior, and exercise with a wide range of physical activities to help participants develop healthy habits, eat better, and become more active.
FitKids360 is a seven-week healthy lifestyle change program for the entire family. We learn about nutrition, behavioral health, and exercise to develop healthier habits together! Each class provides important lessons to help parents and children be successful and apply new ideas each week. In addition, we offer On the Move, a summer running program in a 5k training style. While training for a local 5k race, families use lessons learned in FitKids360 classes to continue their wellness journey.
