Foundry Barbell & Complete Runner

Join us on January 29th from Foundry Barbell Social as Complete Runner collabs to present a new option in lifting and running! The importance of good footwear goes beyond just lifting and running, our bodies are like trees, we need to start at the roots and work our way up in order to keep our bodies healthy and doing what we love. On January 29th Complete Runner will be bringing in a brand of shoes from On Running, they will discuss the differences between the shoes as members of Foundry Barbell get to use them in real life workouts and even take them out for a spin. Sizes are limited to first come first serve but there will be plenty of time for everyone to demo some shoes.
