Nothing says "Fall" like fresh apple cider and donuts...and to top it off, we've got the ALL NEW Mizuno Wave Rider 20 and Wave Inspire 13 for you to demo! Enjoy the cooler autumn temps and come join us for a run or walk at YOUR pace, try out some new shoes, and enjoy the fall treats afterwards!
In addition, therapists Kara Martindale and Alicia Heading of Renue Physical Therapy will be on hand after your run or walk! Trying to shake off that nagging injury before the Grand Rapids Marathon? Or recovering from Detroit? The therapists will be providing helpful tips and suggestions for how to stay healthy and injury-free while you prep for a race, recover from one, or just need some suggestions for your everyday fitness.
Reminders:
*First come, first served on demo shoes! Arrive early to ensure you have first pick of size and style availability, especially if there's a certain model you are interested in trying!
*Safety first! Remember to dress appropriately in visible clothing, including any reflective gear or lights to make sure you can see AND be seen!
