This super fun filled yoga class is specifically designed for athletes, those who are just starting their journey on the mat and those who have been in this relationship for awhile. This class is for all who like to sweat! You will stretch your body and your mind. Increase sense of balance and flexibility. Build strength and endurance. Smile a lot and RELAX!
