Tammy is a running yogi, or is that a yogic runner? Either way, yoga and running are her passions. Tammy has been practicing yoga for 4 years and is a certified yoga teacher. She has been running for about 3 years. The combination of yoga and running have helped her find a balance in life that had been missing for a long time. Running "burns off the crazy" while yoga brings a calm meditation. Tammy's classes combine the power of breath with movement to create a steady flow of energy that leaves students feeling challenged yet relaxed.
