About This Event
A unique community event designed to give back to Portage Invite athletes and attracting XC enthusiasts and former XC athletes as participants.
** Date: Saturday, October 7, 2017
** Time: 8:15 AM - (onsite registration concludes at 8:00am)
** Location: Portage West Middle School - Portage , MI
** All race participants must be off the course by 9:00am in order to clear data from the split marks and finish line and allow for the start of the Portage Invite.
Distance
5000 Meters (X-C Trail Course)
Cost
** $15 pre-registered by October 5th (Online registration closes at 5:00 pm), includes an Portage Invite t-shirt. There is an online processing fee by RunSignUp.
** $20 "onsite registration" (Friday and Saturday), Availability of t-shirts and sizes cannot be guaranteed with onsite registration.
Onsite Registration/Packet Pickup
** Saturday, October 7, 2017 from 7:00am-8:00am behind Portage West Middle School
Age Divisions
** Men: 17 & under, 18-29, 30-39, 40-49, and 50+
** Women: 17 & under, 18-29, 30-39, 40-49, and 50+
Results/Awards
** Tech shirt and medal for each age group champion. Medals will be awarded to the top 3 finishers in each age division.
** Results will be posted by 9:15am at the tennis courts and can be found at www.macssportstiming.com online
Important Information
** We request that all participants in the open race are off of the course by 9:00. So that we are able to clear the data from the splits marks and finish line. Thank you for your help with this.
Timing
** Mac's Sports Timing will time all runners using ChronoTrack timing. Results @ www.macssportstiming.com
