This is the 19th annual 5K Race. MRTR was organized to benefit Parent Project Muscular Dystrophy. Our son, Mitchell, was diagnosed with Duchenne MD and all race proceeds will be donated to PPMD in the name of Mitchell. This is a fun, family event, live music and silent auction. The course runs through scenic Rockford and along The White Pine Trail!!!!

Early Packet Pick-Up and Late registration will be available Friday, August 18th from 4:30 - 7:00 pm at Rockford Footwear Depot under the big white tent. The Depot is located on Main Street in Rockford north of Courtland. Race day registration and packet pickup will take place at the downtown Rockford Pavilion beginning at 7:00 am on the corner of Squires St. and Courtland. T-Shirts not guaranteed with late registrations.
10 & Under, 11 - 12, 13 - 15, 16- 18, 19 - 24, 25 - 29, 30 - 34, 35 - 39, 40 - 44, 45 - 49, 50 - 54, 55 - 59, 60 - 64, 65 - 69, 70 - over & Neufy Division. Plaque Award for men's and women's overall winners and men’s and women’s masters & supermasters overall winners. Medal Award for top three men & women in each age group. All Kids K participants will receive an achievement ribbon and race T-Shirt.
Silent Auction held beginning and during the race and ending at 10:00. Many great items, mascots, awards at 10:00 am around bleachers by pavilion
Stride for a Cure signs. $10.00. Unlimited. Placed on White Pine Trail to encourage your runner or just to say who you are running for! You let us know what you would like written on the sign and Mitchell's Run artists will artistically create your sign and place it on the trail Saturday morning before the race.
