Sanilac County Foster Family Support Group is hosting the 1st annual 5K run/walk and 1 mile fun run to support foster parents and children in Sanilac County. The "Spring Into Fostering" 5K will take place Saturday April 8th, 2017 at the Sandusky Diamond Trail located next to Maple Valley Elementary School. All proceeds from the event will be donated to the Foster Closet of Michigan-Sanilac County to assist foster parents with what they need to provide for children in their care.
Online registration is $25 on or before March 17th, 2017 and includes a free t-shirt and water bottle. Registration after March 17th will be $30. You are still able to register the day off the race from 8am-8:45am. Start and finish photographs will be available for free to all participants. There will be 1st, 2nd, and 3rd place prizes given for men, women, and the overall race. Each child that participates in the race will receive a participation award.

Directions
The 'Spring into Fostering' 5K will be held at the Diamond Trail located in Sandusky, Michigan. Please park your car at Maple Valley Elementary School and walk over to the track to join the fun.
