Step into Summer 5k Trail Run and Family Fun Walk

Late Registration and Packet Pick up is June 87h 5-7pm, and June 8th 7-8:45 at Van Buren State Park at the Pavilion

Not wanting to run come out for a wonderful 2 mile family fun walk on the newly paved  Van Buren Trail Spur!!!!! This will be a untimed family fun walk all participants will receive a t-shirt, race bag and be entered in to the door prize drawing.  Strollers and wagons welcome on this walk. Pets allowed on a 6 foot leash!

All participant who finish the 5k will receive a finish medal !!!!!!!

5k Race/Walk will begin at 9am

Join us for a scenic trail 5k run/walk at Van Buren State Park.   We're putting the fun back in the run!

This is not your typical 5k it will include trail running/walking through the picturesque trails along Lake Michigan and on the beach.  It will challenge you all while enjoying the great outdoors! After the race drinks and snacks will be provided.  

This gorgeous location features lakeside sand dunes, woodland trails, picnic area, and Sandy beach!

 Due to increase in costs we have had to increase our race fees to: $20.00 for individual and $50.00 for a Family. ( 2 adults and 3 kids)

6 and under, 7-9,10-12, 13-15, 16-19, 20-29, 30-39, 40-49, 50-59, 60-69, 70+

This 5k and Family Fun Walk is a fundraiser for South Haven Public Schools elementary schools. Lincoln, North Shore, and Maple Grove

No dogs allowed on the 5k race course.

Dogs are allowed in the State Park.

Strollers are not recommended on the 5k course but are welcomed on the family fun walk.

All participants who register before June 3rd are guaranteed a race shirt!
