Free to Run 4 Miles (12th Annual)

Start your 4th of July out with a 4 mile run or walk at the “Free To Run 4 Miles” 🏃‍♂️🏃‍♀️🏃‍♂️😀.  This race has been designated as Road Runners Club of America MN State Championship 4 mile race.  

There will be State Championship Medals awarded to the fastest male and female in 4 age divisions:  Open (1st place male/female), Masters (40+), Grand Masters (50+), Senior Grand Masters (60+) 🏅🏅

Run or Walk a timed 4 Miles or optional 1 Mile fun run or walk ‘round Arbor Lake on USATF certified 4 Mile course with family & friends, at 12th Annual Free to Run 4 Miles presented by Charities Challenge. Start/Finish near to old/closed Claddagh Irish Pub & Restaurant, in Maple Grove, MN, Sunday, July 4; 8 AM start. Limited entries - Pre-register early! Complete 4 Miles results by USATF divisions.
