Sweat for STF UMN 5K

Join She's the First UMN for our third annual Sweat for STF 5K!

Run, walk, or dance your way to the finish line to support girls' education across the world.

Our 5K course will loop across our beautiful University of Minnesota East Bank and West Bank campuses. The event is open to everyone, so invite your friends and family! All proceeds from the event will go toward She's the First, a nonprofit organization that aims to provide a quality education and a future for girls in low-income countries. The Sweat for STF 5K will be a self-timed event. We will provide a clock at the finish line for participants who wish to keep track of their race time. The 5K is a rain-or-shine event that will take place as long as weather conditions are safe.

Registration opens January 1st! Individual registration is $25, or sign up as a group of 5 or more to receive a $5 discount per participant. Register by April 1st to ensure that you will receive a t-shirt. Participants who register after April 1st are not guaranteed a t-shirt.

Kids 10 and under can participate for FREE with a paid adult registration! You do not need to fill out a registration form and pay a registration fee for them. You will just need to check them in and sign a waiver for them on the day of the event.
