Moms on the Run is proud to present the national Run Like a Mother event at the beautiful Lake Phalen in St. Paul. We invite all Twin Cities area families to kickoff the Mother's Day weekend with us by celebration strong, healthy Moms! All finishers receive a flower, post-race refreshments, a shirt, finisher's medal and a eco-friendly tote bag.

We are every woman, from every walk or run of life, gathering together for one day to celebrate who we are and what we do. Women. Whether you are a mother or not, we celebrate together across the nation on Mother's Day weekend with a 5k road race and a one-mile kid's fun run. . 

.All participants will receive a women's fit tech tee, eco-friendly tote bag, and finisher's medal.  Finishers will receive a flower at the finish line.  

Join Moms on the Run in 2018 to Push Through to a Healthier You. Beginning in April, we offer a structured fitness program for women of all ages who want to get in shape and have fun along the way. Accomplish your very first 5K, improve your speed and endurance or stay motivated in your walking routine. We focus on interval training to increase cardiovascular fitness levels and maximize metabolism benefits. Start right where you are, and walk, jog or run your way to a personal best! We welcome all levels to join us for fitness, fun and friendship.
