Description
The Jacob Brown Memorial 5K is run in honor of 2014 Humansville High School graduate, Jacob Brown. Jacob earned numerous honors in track and cross country, and went on to continue his running career in college before his life tragically ended. This scholarship is reward to a Humansville High School graduate who participates in track and/or cross country, demonstrates Jacob's impeccable work ethic and plans to attend college.
As a result of the COVID-19 pandemic, the 2021 event will take place virtually.
Runners will complete a 5k between July 28 and August 8. Group runs will be organized for those with a more competitive nature and times can be submitted online. Awards will be provided for the following age groups (male and female), once all times have been submitted:
