KC XC Cup

Welcome to the Kansas City XC Cup! 

The KC XC Cup is a 5k, cross country style race in which everyone is welcome to attend! We encourage you to build or join a Club or Corporate Team to have the most fun, but individual entries are great too. Races benefit Warrior's Best Friend! Race:

• KC XC 5k featuring Club and Corporate teams or sign up as an individual. All ages and abilities may register. (8:00 - 8:45 AM)
  • Members of a competitive team may be any age for Men's or Women's Teams  and have a minimum of 5 runners and a maximum of 10 (No co-ed teams)

Team Scoring

• Each team must consist of a minimum of 5 runners to be considered for scoring.
• There is a maximum of 10 runners per team for awards purposes.
• Scoring will be based upon the top 5 finishes of your team. The lower the score, the better the placing (ex. 1st place = 1 point, 2nd place = 2 points, etc.)

Awards

• Top 3 Overall Male and Female in the Community Race
• Top Club Team

There will be no finisher awards. 

Please refrain from the following:

• Use of headphones
• Running with pets
• Pushing of any baby jogger

Packet Pickup

• Pickup for race bibs will be at RUN 816 (304 Westport Rd, Kansas City, MO 64111) from 1:00 PM to 6:30 PM on Friday, November 9th
• A team member may pick up bibs for their teammates
• Packets will also be available at the race location from 7:00 to 7:45 AM the day of the race.

Refund Pollicy

• If the race is called off due to weather, no refunds will be issued. This event was created to benefit Warrior's Best Friend and no refunds will be given for any reason. All funds will be donated.
