HKRS PICAYUNE POSTPONEMENT

As we continue to closely follow the developments surrounding the spread of COVID-19, and after much deliberation, Healthy Kids Running Series is postponing the start of the spring Series until the weekend of April 17. With the health and safety of our participants, coordinators and communities as our top priority, we feel this is in the best interest of all.
In the meantime, our Coordinators are working with our facilities to secure modified dates so that we can continue our mission of inspiring kids to believe in themselves and lead an active healthy lifestyle. It is our intention and desire to conduct a full, five-week spring Series beginning the weekend of April 17.

Description
Healthy Kids Running Series is a five (5) week running program in the spring and fall for kids from Pre-K through 8th grade. Each HKRS Series takes place once a week and offers age appropriate running events including the 50 & 75 yard dashes, the 1/4 mile, the 1/2 mile and the one mile run. Kids compete each week for a chance to earn points. At the end of the Series the boys and girls who accumulate the most points in their respective distances are awarded trophies. All participants receive a medal on Week 5!
The registration fee covers the entire five (5) weeks of the series and is non-refundable.
