The ME vs ME - 5K Walk/Run will push you to challenge yourself. YOU are YOUR only competition! A family-friendly event for individuals of all ages and fitness levels. Walk and or run at your own pace. Bring supporters to cheer you on!
Proceeds will support scholarship opportunities for social work students.
Refreshments will be served.

T-Shirts and event merchandise are available for purchase through our online store. Prices starting at $25.
INCLEMENT WEATHER
Race officials may cancel, delay, or change the event in case of extreme weather or other conditions that may affect the safety and health of participants. The race can be delayed for a maximum of one hour from start time. If severe weather hasn’t cleared within one hour, the race will be canceled.
EVENT ORGANIZERS
Emerging Social Work Leaders (ESWL), LLC has partnered with the University of Memphis Chapter- Coalition of Black Social Workers (CBSW) and Firmly Anchored Counseling & Training Services (FACTS) in the organization of this event.
