Description

"A Race To Remember" is an Alzheimer's awareness event that will be held on Saturday, June 1 at 8:30 AM.
The 5K race ($10) will begin and end at Legends Field while covering a loop through the west side of Kalispell. An event mug will be given to the first 115 registrants.
Race day registrants will pay $15 for the 5K.
The 1/2 mile stroll/kids race will be a free "race day only" registration, and will begin immediately after the final 5K participant exits the track. 1/2 mile entrants will complete two laps around the track. No pets inside of Legends Stadium. Following the race, there will be many donated items given away in random drawings.

Check in will begin at 7:30 AM on race day morning.

Gene Boyle was a teacher, coach, administrator, and mentor at Flathead High School for over 20 years. After retiring from School District 5, he spent 11 years at St. Matthews School as their principal. He passed away in May of 2016 of dementia.
