Description
Brought to you by Title Sponsor Whitefish Therapy & Sport Center, the Whitefish Trail Run and Half Marathon takes place in the Beaver Lakes area of the Whitefish Trail system. A Half Marathon will explore single-track surrounding Dollar, Little Beaver, and Woods Lakes, a 10k+ will loop around Murray Lake, a 5k+ will tour the South Beaver Loop, and a two-mile family fun run will meander along the Whitefish Trail.
The 2017 Whitefish Trail Legacy Run will be hosted at the Whitefish Bike Retreat, a beautiful lodge set on 19 acres, offering trailside lodging. Family and friends can gather at the Whitefish Bike Retreat to celebrate with a post-race lunch, local craft beer, and award ceremony. This race is made possible by event sponsors, Burlington Northern Santa Fe Railway (BNSF) and Step Ahead Foot and Ankle Clinic.

Whitefish Trail- Legacy Run Course Map
The course will be very similar from last year, with a few minor changes. The half marathon has about 1,800 feet of elevation gain spread out throughout the course.
