There are great options for training for this year's Tennessee Sports Medicine Group Farragut 13.1 and 5K!

This year our training runs will begin the week of August 26th and continue weekly through race day.  Training runs are free and open to everyone.  Each run will start at 7:30 am at various locations throughout Knoxville.  Two distances will be offered each week with routes provided by our Training Run Captain Tim Monroe.  Many of our sponsors will provide special deals or incentives so grab a running buddy and make plans to train with us.  Please click the PDF link at the bottom of this page to view the training run schedule.
