The Knoxville Track Club’s RunKNOX program has you covered! Whether you’re new to running, targeting a personal record race performance, or just looking to log miles with friends, we have a space for you in our 10 week Fall RunKNOX Session.

“The RunDOWN”, our weekly newsletter which outlines your training recommendations and provides educational insight into how to properly work to achieve your goals.
Access to all RunKNOX Workouts: Tuesday & Thursday evenings at 6 p.m. at Tennessee Sports Medicine Group & Saturday mornings at various times/locations.
Support of coaches and other participants, so you’ll never have to run alone.
Please note that shirt cost is not included in RunKNOX membership but can be added for $10 during registration.
What does it cost?
Only $10/week (RunKNOX Alumni & current KTC Membership discounts available)
When does it start?
This 10-week program begins in August 2017 and builds up for optional participation in the Farragut 13.1/5k on October 28, 2017. Please note that race fees are not included in RunKNOX membership.
