The Best DAM 5K Run/Walk in North Carolina 

The 5th Best DAM 5K Run/Walk in North Carolina will be held on Saturday morning October 19th at 8:00 am. 

Here's the DAM Packet Pick-up for Saturday's Best DAM 5K in North Carolina schedule:

Thursday 12:00 to 5:30pm at Uwharrie Dash

Friday 12:00 to 5:30  pm at Uwharrie Dash

Saturday 7:00 am in the park on Pine Street across from Badin United Methodist Church in Badin.
(18 Hickory St. Badin, NC 20009)

The race will start at 8:00 am

Awards: Top male and female overall, plus Dam Age Group Medals go 2 deep, 14 & under.
15-19, 20-29, 30-39, 40-49, 50-59, 60 +,
It is a down and back course, with a water station at the Narrows Dam.

If you can't make it to the race and want the swag - we set-up a DAM Virtual Race for you.  

The DAM Race Swag

You will get a DAM long-sleeve t-shirt for running the DAM race.  Run fast enough and you will receive a DAM medal.  

The top Two men and women receive awards and awards to the first three in the various ten-year age groups.

**To Guarantee a Race Shirt on Race day you must REGISTER BY 10/14. After this date if there are no available shirts, we will print additional shirts after the race
