Another Chance 5k

Another Chance is a nonprofit organization in Charlotte, North Carolina whose mission is
to fund existing organ donation organizations, fund pro bono transplantations, and educate the
community on these initiatives. The organization fulfills its mission by orchestrating fundraisers,
projects, and other events that execute its goals and give a family, patient, mom or brother
another chance to live.
In achieving our mission, Another Chance will be hosting a 5k Run titled: Run For Life
for individuals throughout the Charlotte community.
The goal of this event is to raise funds to be donated to Donate Life North Carolina and
increase civic knowledge and perspective regarding organ donation. In terms of participation, we
are expecting about 100 participants, most likely more for this event which will be held 17,
November 2018, 2018 from 10am to 2pm at McAlpine Park .
