Description

Run For You- Run Fit is an 9 week 5k running training program to prepare all levels of runners who want to complete a 5k. Runners are coached in 2 weekly sessions (Tuesdays and Thursdays at 6:00 PM at Run For Your Life Piper Glen, 6:30pm at University, Mondays and Wednesdays at 6:00 PM at Run For Your Life Midtown) with runners of similar ability and pace. This is a fun training program with experienced and inspiring coaches that help members achieve their goals.
Shirts will be ordered by the end of the second week of the training session. Long sleeve shirts are only available for the winter sessions (Jan-March & Oct-Dec) and short sleeve shirts are only available for summer sessions (March-July & Aug-Oct)
Training Schedule
Run Fit training will begin the week of March 19, 2018 and ends on May 17, 2018

Run Fit training programs will be available at all 3 Run For Your Life locations (Midtown, Piper Glen &  University).
Entry Fees: 
Returning Members - $99 (without shirt)
Returning Members - $119 (with long sleeve shirt)
New Members - $109 (without shirt)
New Members - $129 (with long sleeve shirt)
