Run For Your Life - Run Fit is a 9 week 5K running training program to prepare all levels of runners who want to complete a 5K. Runners are coached in 2 weekly sessions (Tuesdays and Thursdays at 6:15 PM at Run For Your Life Piper Glen and Tuesday and Thursday at 6:30 PM at University No Run Fit at Midtown this session ) with runners of similar ability and pace. This is a fun training program with experienced and inspiring coaches that help members achieve their goals.
Shirts will be ordered by the end of the second week of the training session. Long sleeve shirts are only available for the winter sessions (Jan-March & Oct-Dec) and short sleeve shirts are only available for summer sessions (March-July & Aug-Oct)
Training Schedule
Run Fit training will begin the week of March 16, 2020 and ends on May 14, 2020
Run Fit training programs will be available at only 2 Run For Your Life locations (Piper Glen & University).
