Run For You- Run Fit is an 9 week 5k running training program to prepare all levels of runners who want to complete a 5k. Runners are coached in 2 weekly sessions (Tuesdays and Thursdays at 6:00 PM at Run For Your Life Piper Glen, Mondays and Wednesdays at 6:00 PM at Run For Your Life Midtown and Tuesday / Thursday 6:30pm at University) with runners of similar ability and pace. This is a fun training program with experienced and inspiring coaches that help members achieve their goals.
Members also receive a tech running shirt and in-store discounts.
Run Fit training will begin the week of May 27, 2019 and ends on July 18, 2019
Run Fit training programs will be available at 3 Run For Your Life locations (Midtown, Piper Glen and University).
