COVID-19 - Event Cancellation

Following the rapid evolution of the COVID-19 situation, our team has made the decision to cancel the LEE Loves Local 5K for 2020. We have concluded that hosting this year’s event at this time poses an undeniable risk to the public and we’re not willing to take that risk.
We appreciate the community’s patience during this time of a public health threat from COVID-19.
At this time, the LEE Loves Local 5K will be cancelled for 2020. You may elect to request a refund, or transfer your registration to the 2021 event.

Description
On Saturday, June 6th at 9 am, RunTimeRaces in partnership with LEE Industries is hosting the 4th Annual LEE Loves Local 5K to help raise money and awareness for Relay for Life. This course will start and finish at Lee Industries, and lead you out and back through Conover. As a RunTimeRaces produced event, be assured this 5K will be well organized and leave you with an Awesome Race Experience.

Phantom Runner
Can't participate and would still like to support our event and get a cool race shirt? Consider being a PHANTOM RUNNER (No participation required, shirts may be picked up at Packet Pick up or on-site Race Day.
Early Registration through 11:59 pm on Tuesday, May 26th includes a FREE RACE TEE. Race Day Registration opens from 6:45 am - 7:45 am (NO Race Tee with Late or Race Day Registration).
Awards
Given to the top 3 male & female finishers, and top Overall Masters male and female. Awards will go to the top 3 male and female 5K finishers in the following age groups:

10 & Under, 11-14, 15-19, 20-24, 25-29, 30-34, 35-39, 40-44, 45-49, 50-54, 55-59, 60-64, 65-69, 70-74, 75-79, 80 PLUS
