Empower Fitness is collecting donations for Polycystic Kidney Disease (PKD) Foundation. An estimated 600,000 Americans and 12.5 million newborns, children and adults, worldwide, battle Polycystic Kidney Disease (PKD) every day. The PKD Foundation is the only organization in the world dedicated to fighting PKD through research, education advocacy and awareness. If you would like to donate please make checks payable to PKD Foundation. Donations can be mailed to Empower Fitness 105 Singleton RD #101 Mooresville, NC 28117 or place donation in the box for PKD at the race.
