Join the First Annual "Piedmont Pacers Triangle 5k/World Running League 5k Road Championship" held on Saturday, May 19, 2018 in Durham, North Carolina at the CM Herndon Park!
The start of the race will begin at 9:00AM with late registration and packet pickup beginning at 7:00AM. An exciting 5 Kilometer (3.1 mile) competitive race awaits on the American Tobacco Trail (paved sidewalk) down and back that all types of runners will enjoy. The race path is a public course so runners will need to be mindful of others on the trail including cyclists, runners and walkers.

This is also the 5k Road Championship for the World Running League (more details at http://www.worldrunningleague.com) and overall male and female, masters male and female (over age 40), age group winners (over age 19) and the winning team will win attractive WRL-branded awards.
In addition to individual age-group awards, there are also team awards for the top 2 teams of at least five runners per team with the fastest combined five times.
