Description
It’s easy as ABC, 123! Come out and spend a fun Saturday morning raising awareness of Dysautonomia at the same time as getting your morning run in!
There will be great music from the 70’s and 80’s, great food and awesome coffee from the Iron Hen Cafe.
Not only is there the 5k dash, but there is also the mile fun run!
Horizontal running may be the exercise most POTsies often take part in, but we will try this Saturday to be successful at vertical running too!
T-shirt size can only be guaranteed for those who register before October 8th.
