Girls on the Run Triad 5k

Girls on the Run Triad is a non-profit that exists to inspire girls to be confident, healthy, and joyful through our intentionally developed (yet fun!) curriculum delivered in after-school settings. Our celebratory 5k is the culminating event of our season. We invite the whole community to run with us! Because we are not a competitive running program, our 5k isn't timed. Instead our race gives our girls (and all other runners!) a tangible sense of achievement and a framework for setting and achieving life goals.

Not a runner? That's okay! Not a girl? That's okay too! All are welcome. Come on out for some family fun! A t-shirt, finishers reward, food, and a Kid's Fun Zone are all included in your registration. Plus, you'll be supporting a great local charity! Those registered after 4/25/17 are not guaranteed a race t-shirt.

IMPORTANT LOCATION INFORMATION: To find the start/finish line enter Jaycee Park from Pisgah Church Road on to Jaycee Park Drive. Continue straight to pass Lewis Recreation Center on your left. Continue straight through the parking lot to pass the Spencer Love Tennis Center on your left. Continue on straight through the parking lot following 5k signs. You will see the fun zone and all the 5k festivities.

• Thursday, May 10th from 5:30-7pm, Omega Sports: Winston-Salem, 414 South Stratford Rd
• Friday, May 11th from 5:30-7pm, Omega Sports: Greensboro, 2431 Battleground Ave
• On-Site on Race Day, Saturday May 12th beginning at 7:30am
