HPAC Summer Mile Series # 2

Take a break from your typical 5k, 10k, half, or marathon races, to join us for a night of Mile races! Running the Mile is as American as apple pie. When was the last time you ran a mile? High School? Elementary School? Come join us for an electric night of racing under the lights at the Aderholt Track at the High Point Athletic Complex. We have 3 timed heats so you can race runners of your own skill level. The night is capped off with track and field's most exciting event, a community & corporate 4x400m relay! HPAC Co-founders Brandon Hudgins and Stevven Anderson will be racing the community for a $100 cash prize bonus, if a community 4x400m relay team can beat Stevven and Brandon running a 2x2x400m. 

Custom awards for the top Male & Female in each heat.

Races start at 7:00pm. Awards to follow Community & Corporate 4x400m Relay @ 8:00pm

Weather Policy: 

Races are held, rain or shine, unless High Point Athletic Club determines that conditions are too dangerous. This will be based on a prudent decision made on race race day by HPAC. If the race is canceled due to inclement weather there will be neither refunds nor transfers. This position is consistent with USA Track & Field recommendations and with the protocol of sharing the risks associated with the sport of running. In the event of inclement weather or unforeseen circumstances, HPAC reserves the right to alter, cancel or eliminate any/all portions of the race.
