Bernin' to the Beach (8th)

The popular, all-inclusive, safe, fun bicycle event of the year that supports the Michael J. Fox Foundation and funding a cure for Parkinson's disease.

Ride takes place on Sat, Oct. 28th, starting at 8:00am and finishing around 2pm (includes lunch).

Our 8th Annual 40-mile bicycle ride from New Bern, NC to Atlantic Beach, safely in a police escort. Bicyclists pedal at a casual 12mph pace with 2 rest stops along the way where volunteers cheer them on and hydrate and feed them very well!

Finish line is at the Doubletree of Atlantic Beach where lunch is provided and there is a cash bar for cocktails/beers/sodas. Friday, October 27 is our Kick-Off Party with swag bag and t-shirt pick up, live music, and a meet and greet for all riders and volunteers. This fun pre-gaming is at Bruin in downtown New Bern (224 Middle Street) from 5pm-8pm.
