Sparta Kids Triathlon

Sparta Kids’ Triathlon was created to encourage youth to HAVE FUN STAYING ACTIVE. By focusing on swim, bike, run, our hope is that participants will build lifelong healthy habits of setting goals for physical achievement.

Welcome to our 4th Sparta Kids’ Triathlon! This triathlon is for participants aged 4-14 and is sure to be a confidence building and fun race! The triathlon will begin at Duncan Recreation Center and end at the Alleghany High School track. The race fee will include a finisher medal and t-shirt as well as after-race snacks for each participant.

DIVISIONS: Swim Bike Run
4-6 yr old 25 yd .25 mile 300 yds
7-8 yr old 50 yd .75 mile .5 mile
9-10 yr old 75 yd 1 mile .5 mile
11-12yr old 100 yd 1.5 miles .75 mile
13-14yr old 150 yd 2 miles 1 mile

Same-day registration is available at Duncan Recreation Center.

$20 per Child – Early registration
$25 per Child – Race Day registration
$10 per additional Sibling - Use Multi-Person Sign-Up Under Add Another Participant recieve discount when registering additional siblings.
