33rd Annual YMCA Mistletoe Half Marathon, 5K, and Fun Run

The YMCA Mistletoe Fun Run, 5K, and Half Marathon is one of the longest-standing and largest sanctioned road races in the Winston-Salem community. A healthy holiday tradition for 33 years, the event reaches thousands of people and aims to stop childhood obesity. All proceeds from this event go to the YMCA’s Annual Giving Campaign to ensure that no one is turned away due to an inability to pay for a program or service fee, with a focus on supporting youth obesity prevention programs. Participants are encouraged to wear festive costumes and true to the spirit of the YMCA, this is a family-friendly event popular among families, first-time runners and walkers, and serious athletes alike.
