Description
The Twin City City Track Club Annual Picnic is an opportunity for club members to get together in a social setting and to conduct official club business and elections.

4:30 pm - Arrive for fun and socializing
5:30 pm - Food served
6:00 pm - Announcements and election of the 2022-2023 Board
All TCTC members are invited to attend as well as family members. Admission is free, but please sign up by Thursday, May 4 so we can plan food quantities. Only one family member is required to sign-up; registrants will be asked if other family members will be attending as part of the sign-up process.
Soft drinks, various meats, veggie burgers, buns and rolls, and paper products will be provided by the club. Please bring a side dish or dessert to share. This is a fun, family-oriented event so bring the kids and grandkids as well. Please list the number of family member attendees when you register.
We will also elect the officers for the next 12 months and conduct miscellaneous business as required.
Please note that alcoholic beverages are not allowed in city parks.
Come for a great time to socialize and get to meet some other club members.
