Rock's Ridge Mud Run "Zombie Style"

2nd Annual Rock’s Ridge Mud Run

Can you do it?  Do you have the Need to Succeed?

The Rock’s Ridge 5k Mud Run will test your skills and your drive to survive.  You will run, walk, crawl, or possibly stumble along trails AND……. You will jump, climb, and maneuver over, under, and through obstacles that are in deep wooded areas, through farm land, along prairie grass and UNDER ground.  This run will challenge you physically and mentally.  Success is just the Rock’s Ridge 5k Mud Run, away!

Did someone say Zombie’s?

Zombie Apocalypse?  Are you frickin kidding me?  It’s WWZ out there!  Don’t be surprised if you see a few Zombie’s out and about.  Don’t worry though – this isn’t the Running Dead.  

Registration:  $40 by September 30th (Participant Pack guaranteed for registrations received by September 30th); $45 October 1th thru October 11th; $55 October 12th thru day of event (Participant Pack not guaranteed).

Group rate: $35 for group of 5 or more by October 11th.

Participant Pack:  T-Shirt, Draw-string Bag, Bib, and a Beer Bracelet*

Prizes:  Prizes for 1st, 2nd, & 3rd place Best Zombie Costume will be awarded after the event, so stick around after the run.  Pictures and results will be posted on our Facebook page. Everyone who finishes will receive a medal.

Event starts at 12:00pm.  Wave times will be determined on day of event and are at the discretion of event management.  Packet pickup is 10:30am – 11:45am, the day of the event.  Early arrival is recommended.  FREE PARKING!!!!

Where:  17320 Pioneers Blvd (176th & Pioneers Blvd) about 6 miles East of Lincoln

When:  Saturday 10/19/13 – 12:00pm

Why:  This mud run is for YOU!  Push yourself, pull a friend, get muddy, have fun, enjoy nature at its best, and at the same time you will be helping Team Jack! A portion of the proceeds will be donated to Team Jack!

After the mud run fun, join us for beer (Empyrean Ale and Miller Lite) and burger or bratwurst and chips from Top Shelf Beverage and Empyrean Brewing Co, music.

*Non-alcoholic beverages available upon request and required for minors.
