Please join us for our 19th Barron School 5k Turkey Trot in Honor of Brian Richardson.  We are so excited to be back! We are a family friendly 5K road race and walk that offers something for everyone in your family! Brian was a teacher at the Barron School who we lost in a car accident in 1999. Running was a passion of Brian’s, along with his strong belief in the importance of literacy and the arts. This race was created in his memory. The proceeds from this race are used to support enrichment activities for Barron students and to provide college scholarships for Barron alumni who are graduating from Salem High School.  We will again have a stroller division this year (like we did in 2019)!!  We have also added a "super early bird" discounted price (now until 9/1/21), an "early bird price" (9/2/21-11/10/21) and regular price (11/11/21-11/18/21) when online registration closes. Race Day Registration will be $30.  Please bring some money to enter our fun raffle full of great prizes, and enjoy some delicious post race munchies and baked goods after your run. It's sure to be a great day! The race will be chip timed again this year by North Star Timing for super accurate and fast results that will be posted online immediately after the race! Sign up by October 30th to receive one of our awesome long-sleeved race shirts!
