Type 1 Willpower Turkey Trot

Get your flock together and join Type 1 Willpower for the FIFTH running of the TURKEY TROT.  You'll love our USATF certified, tree-lined 5K course around Mountain Lakes.  Runners and walkers of all ages are invited to join the USATF sanctioned event.  Register by November 1 for a commemorative long sleeved T-shirt.  See you on Thanksgiving!

ENTRY FEE
$30 — Through Tuesday, November 21
$35 — Wednesday, November 22 and Thanksgiving morning

Packet pick-up will be Wednesday, November 22 from noon-2:00 p.m. and 5:00-7:00 p.m. at the Mountain Lakes Club.

EVENT DETAILS

• DJ, coffee and hot chocolate, snacks, and fun for all
• USATF sanctioned event
• Paul Miller Grand Prix Event (500 points)
• USATF measured and certified 5K course
• WALKERS ARE WELCOME
• Strollers are welcome (in fact, you might even win an award)
• For the safety of all participants, please leave your dogs, bikes, scooters, skates and the like at home. SORRY, NO DOGS.

AWARDS

Awards for the Top 3 female and male finishers in the following categories:

• Overall
• Age groups: 8 and under, 9-10, 11-14, 15-18, 19-24, 25-29, 30-34, 35-39, 40-44, 45-49, 50-54, 55-59, 60-64, 65-69, 70-74, 75-79, and 80+
• Athletes living with Type 1 diabetes
• Mountain Lakes-Boonton Township-Boonton residents
• PLUS awards to the Top 3 overall finishers pushing a stroller (because running with your kids is the best)

Award Notes: (1) Overall award winners are not eligible to win age group awards, but are eligible to win other categories.  (2) All awards are based on gun time.
