Start from 42nd Street beach and proceed north, keeping seaward of the first and last boundary flags until the finish at 34th Street. The Ocean City Beach Patrol reserves the right to switch the direction of the race to start at 26th Street and end at 34th Street, depending on water conditions the day of the race.

Wetsuits & swim suits not approved by FINA will be permissible at the discretion of the race committee.

(65 degrees or warmer - no wetsuits allowed.  Colder - wetsuits allowed.  The decision will be made race morning.)

Plaques will be awarded to the Top 3 Male & Female Overall Winners.

Awards will be given to the top 3 Male & Female finishers in the following age groups:  15 & under, 16-19, 20-29, 30-39, 40-49, 50-59, 60-64, and 65 & over.

The Oldest Competitor   &   The Youngest Competitor.

The race will start at 10:00 AM.  Registration will begin at 8:15 AM and close at 9:30 AM at the 34th Street Beach Patrol Headquarters.

Pre-Entry: $25.00 can be mailed to OCBP Outside Activities, 550 Asbury Avenue, Ocean City, NJ 08226.  (Postmark no later than Sat. 7/7/18   **  Please do not mail in race apps. during race week.) 

Race Day Entry Fee: $35.00

ONLINE Registration closes 10pm, Thursday, July 12.

The Ocean City Beach Patrol reserves the right to remove contestants from the course due to unsafe conditions, the excess duration of the race, or if the participant is believed to be at risk.
