Trail Run Course

Rainfall in in the past several weeks has been significant, and we have been watching the water rise to a level that is not safe to run. We have made the call to change the course route to avoid significant areas of standing water and deep mud. However, even with the change of route, there will be some wet and muddy areas, so be prepared. Safety of the runners is paramount, and we appreciate your understanding. Those who plan to run the 10K, will now run the 5K loop twice. See below for revised course route.

This is an off-road experience that, although evenly graded, includes natural and often uneven terrain, frequent mud, and occasional water hazards. The wooded sections are relatively debris free with occasional roots and rocks that can become slippery. We encourage runners to prepare for wet and muddy conditions with a change of footwear. New Jersey has experienced record rainfall totals in 2017 & 2018, with 2019 off to a quick start. This is a rain or shine event and we're excited to run with you.
