Frog Hollow 5K Run and Health Walk

Please join us for the Frog Hollow 5K.

Frog Hollow Swim and Tennis Club’s annual 5K Run and Health Walk will be held SUNDAY, September 10th.  Proceeds will benefit the city of South Amboy’s Fire and First Aid departments.  There will be a free youth Fun Run, awards, t-shirts, post race picnic, and all day swimming and tennis for race participants. Entry fee is $20 in advance and $25 day of race.

For more information go to www.froghollowswim.com or register in person at the club 7:30 AM on race day. Fun Run steps off at 8:30 AM and the 5K Run starts at 9:00 AM.
