Description

Para Endurance Coaching presents "Indoor open water swim & Outdoor Run skills clinic" on March 15. This is the first of my "doubleheader" clinics and will be at West Mesa Aquatic Center, Albuquerque, NM starting at 11:00am and concluding by 1:30pm. Cost is $40 per person plus tax & processing fee. The clinic is supported with lifeguard & certified USAT coaches.  The focus will be on first timer/novice to intermediate skill level instruction. The swim session provides hands on instruction to prepare you for triathlon open water swim scenarios and mitigate unwarranted anxiety. We will cover scenarios, skills, strategies and practice them to make you confident in open water situations. The run session will focus on the basics such as run form/posture, dynamic warm ups, stretching, and the chance to practice these skills under the scrutiny and feedback of top coaches. These will give you a head start on preparing for the upcoming triathlon season.

Agenda (subject to change):

12:15pm transition

12:30 - 1:20pm Run skills session outdoors/North parking lot
