Jane's Fight Fun Run

Jane's Fight Fun Run is a 5K family fun run. We would like to encourage all youth sports teams and bring their parents to run/walk this event in their best (or worst) HALLOWEEN COSTUME. Funny, silly, scary, and crazy are all encouraged costumes. The race will begin at the Rainbow Wedding & Banquet Hall located at 47 Woods Falls Rd Altona, NY 12910.
Of course, any and all runners are welcome!!

The Route: Runners will start through the on-site covered bridge, run south on Woods Falls Rd, turn left onto Station St, pass over Miner Farm Rd onto Bloomer St, turn left (south) onto Devils Den Rd, hang a right into Feinburg Park, loop around the soccer fields onto Stark Rd, and head back north onto Devils Den Rd until passing back through the covered bridge at Rainbow Banquet Hall. 

3 water stations will be set up in total. After the run, we would like to invite all runners inside our "White Room" for pizza, soft drinks, photo booth, and a goodie bag!

All proceeds will be donated to Jane's Fight Fund - a local cancer fund. Jane is the owner of Rainbow Wedding & Banquet Hall. She was diagnosed with Stage IV Stomach Cancer in November of 2016. The purpose of this fund is to help ease the burden of patients experiencing cancer. This money is to be used to ease financial burdens and/or lift the spirits of families in need; the families are to use this gift as they see fit. Every family has different needs and we want them to use the money in their own unique way with zero stipulations.
