There are 3 different VIP PASSES for 2023. A total limit of just 36 VIP PASSES will be issued for the 2022 season. VIP PASSES are on SALE from DECEMBER 15th until 11:59 pm DECEMBER 31st "NO EXCEPTIONS".

12 Race Entries (One entry into EVERY race that RaceAwesome OWNS & Produces in 2023. MAX value is based on late entry and includes RaceDay packet Pickup fees when applicable) (men receive entry into the Wisper 5k Run, Women can choose either Whisper TRI or 5k Run)

RUN ACCESS VIP ATHLETE. MAX VALUE of $430 ON SALE FOR $229 = JUST $32.71 PER RACE

MULTI-SPORT ACCESS VIP ATHLETE. VALUED AT $528 ON SALE FOR $356 = JUST $89 PER RACE

FAQ

#1. What happens if you add a new race (that we own) to the 2023 Calendar?.... You get an additional race entry at NO CHARGE (that’s the VIP experience).

#2. Why are there only 36 passes available?... This is a VIP EXPERIENCE, any more people and we lose that experience.

#3. What Happens if RaceAwesome has to cancel a race (non-weather related)?...  You will be refunded a per-race price.

#4. What Happens if there is a race date change?... We have done our best to forecast each race date, your entry will be rolled to the new date.

#5. Are USA Triathlon Fees & USA Cycling Fees Included in the price?... No, you must purchase these during registration.

#6. Can I share or give my race entry to another athlete?... No sorry as per normal entries are NON-Transferable.

#7. So I have paid and now I am a VIP ATHLETE, am I automatically entered in each race?... No, you will be sent a code for each race registration as they open to register yourself. You must do this as you need to sign each individual Race Waiver. CODES WILL BE EMAILED IN JAN 2023.

#8. When do I receive my VIP T-SHIRT etc?... You will receive a T-shirt or other AWESOME item on or around late Feb 2023.

#9. What if I have already registered for the 2023 Jamesport Triathlon?... Email us at RaceAwesome@RaceAwesome.com and we will send you a discount code = to the amount you paid for your Jamesport Triathlon entry.

#10 Why are the LI Marathon, Suffolk Marathon, Main Street Mile, and the Rock The River Race not a part of the VIP PASSES?... RaceAwesome does not own these events, we are contracted to help produce them and are not able to extend our VIP PROGRAM to them.
